Refund Policy

Hambal Menu, operated by Hassam Hameed, wants you to feel confident when subscribing. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid subscriptions: if you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  • Contact us through the in-app support channel and we will work with Paddle on your behalf.

Once approved, refunds are returned to your original payment method. The time the refund takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer (typically 5–10 business days).

Renewals & cancellations

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings or via paddle.net; cancellation stops future renewals but does not, by itself, trigger a refund of the current period. If you cancel during the 30-day window above, you can still request a refund as described.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights you may have under the law of your country, including any right of withdrawal.
