How long does it take to get a digital menu?+

Most restaurants are live in about five minutes: upload your existing menu file, review the AI-extracted draft, pick a theme and publish.

What files can I upload?+

PDFs, phone photos (JPG, PNG, HEIC) and spreadsheets. If a PDF is a pure scan, Hambal falls back to multimodal OCR to read it.

Can I keep my printed menu design?+

Yes. You can display the original PDF pages as images inside the digital menu, or rebuild it with one of the built-in themes.

Does the QR code change when I update prices?+

Never. The QR points at your hosted menu, so edits appear instantly and you don't reprint anything.

Can I run several restaurants from one account?+

Yes — add as many menus as you need, invite staff with scoped access, and billing is calculated per menu.

How do I pay if I prefer cash or a local bank transfer?+

Card subscriptions are handled online, and we can also issue a manual invoice for cash or local bank transfer. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll set it up.

Who is the merchant?

Payments are processed by our reseller Polar.sh, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Polar handles billing, sales tax / VAT, and refund requests on our behalf.
